All (garlic) and Oli (olive oil) together, this is what you get on Mallorca as an appetizer before a meal or as a hearty cream with fried food.

Made without dairy products and without the addition of egg, with sunflower and olive oil, lemon juice and lots of fresh garlic.

Vegan, gluten-free, with organic olive oil from the Mallorquina olive.
