IGP Certificate

All our foie gras are certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Southwest.In keeping with tradition, they are sourced from ducks and geese raised outdoors in the Southwest of France and fattened with locally produced corn.

Difference between goose and duck foie gras?

Duck foie gras is more flavorful tasty and fragrant.Goose foie gras is sweeter and more delicate.

Hermes Les Cèdres d’Hosten 2006 Red Wine

Originating from the same soil as its elder brother, Château Fourcas-Hosten, this wine is elaborated with the same care as the latter. We commercialize this estate for many years now. In 2006, it has been taken over by Renaud et Laurent Momméja, members of the Hermès family.


Grapes:

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Note: 

Very charming nose and so fresh ! Fine, delicate and silky on the palate. The finish is a hint more powerful with young tannins but ripe.
