"Change of mind" refund
You must apply for refund within 2 days upon the day you collect our goods. However "change of mind" refund is only eligible for fashion items and it must fulfill the following criterias:
- Packaging and tags must be intact
- Must not be worn, washed nor altered
The customer must pay all the additional fees in the delivery process.
Other products cannot be refunded with the "change of mind" reason.
Destroyed product
If the product you received is destroyed once you received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
Refund criteria
If you wish to refund fashion products with "change of mind" reason, please be sure the packaging is not destroyed.
If you wish to refund with other reasons, please send it back in its original packaging. Or else, your refund request will not be accepted.

that are coming with the product you pruchased.
If the product you received is wrong (with proof of receipt) or destroyed (with photo proof), please send us an email or contact us on Facebook/Instagram.
Refund process
- Follow the above rules
- Prepare the order number, the product you wish to refund, the resons and proof, and send an email or message to us
- Mail us the product, all fees should be paid by the customer
- Contact us anytime if you need help
P.S. Chiligala could reject the refund request if the above criteria is not fulfilled.
