Vinification: fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts, but it is stopped by lowering the temperature of the tank when the wine has a balanced relationship between the alcoholic degree and the residual sugar that is sweet, but fresh and acidity.

Dulce Eva is an aperitif, dessert, exotic and festive wine.

Recommended consumption temperature: 6-8 º C

Tasting notes: Pale color with a greenish rim and soft golden reflections.  Aromas of dried apricots, plums with bitter touches, citrus, herbaceous.  On the palate, stone fruit and green apricot. Balanced acidity and sweetness, minerality and freshness.
